Temporary Water for Phosphate Reduction in Lagoon

Texas

Challenge - A provider of water parks in North Central Texas needed to cleanup water for filling a large recreational swimming lagoon after the supply well water was found to be contaminated with high levels of phosphate which would have caused large algae blooms without removal of phosphate.

Solution - Facing a tight deadline, customer trusted BWR to treat brackish waters to reduce TDS including phosphate, and provide 300 gpm of single pass RO water direct to the lagoon.

Results  - BWR responded to the customer’s specific requirements and treated over 35Mgal of water without interruption allowing the operator to open the park five days ahead of schedule.
