Temporary Water for TDS Reduction in Lagoon

Texas

Challenge - A provider of water parks in the Greater Houston Area needed to cleanup water for filling a large recreational swimming lagoon after the supply well water was found to be contaminated with high levels of phosphate which would have caused large algae blooms without removal of phosphate.

Solution - Facing a tight deadline, customer trusted BWR to treat water to reduce TDS including phosphate, and provide Bag Filter Trailers, Four RO Feed Water Booster Pumps, and Two RO Trailers for 500 gpm of single pass RO water direct to the lagoon.

Results  - BWR responded to the customer’s specific requirements and treated over 50Mgal of water without interruption allowing the operator to open the park ahead of schedule.
