BWR Mobile 24' Filtration Trailers are available for rent and are a solid option for various water treatment applications where automatic backwashing and selectable micron ratings have the advantage over traditional cartridge filter systems. Each trailer consists of an Amiad® Spin Klin™ Disc Filter multiple pod system and capable of 100-600 gpm.  Key advantages included corrosion resistant housing along with a selectable and interchangeable disc that allows a wide range of micron ratings.

 

Spin Klin™ disc technology uses thin, color-coded polymeric discs that are diagonally grooved on both sides to a specific micron size. A series of these discs are stacked and compressed on a specially designed spine, with the top groove in the opposite to the groove below. This creates a filtration element with a significant series of channels, effectively trapping the solids. The disc stack is enclosed in corrosion resistant housings.
